1975
Our story began in 1975, established as Abdullah Al-Khowari to serve as a vital partner in Aramco’s maintenance and construction operations. For decades, we built a foundation of trust and technical excellence across the Kingdom’s most critical energy infrastructure.
2019
Following its acquisition by Emkan Holding in 2019, the company underwent a comprehensive transformation. This restructuring aligns the organization with its mission to serve as a key architect of the EPC sector, directly contributing to the ambitious goals of Saudi Arabia.
2020
In 2020, a new chapter unfolded as Emkan Holding acquired the company, injecting fresh vision and resources into our established expertise.
2022
This evolution culminated in 2022 with our official rebranding to Petro-V, a name that reflects our modern identity while honoring the legacy of the original Abdullah Al-Khowari.
